MetroConnect LLC – The Founding Partners
Michael Farrell, Former President of Malvern Group Cartridge Services, Inc. and Founding Partner of MetroConnect, LLC. Malvern Group Cartridge Services has been serving the Tampa Bay area since 1995 as a office equipment and toner consumable business. Mike brings over 40 years of business experience and sales, marketing and customer service. He spent 17 years in Corporate America in Personnel, Management and Sales positions. He has founded and/or co-founded a Securities Broker/Dealer, ShredderMike’s Document Shredding Service, Malvern Group Cartridge Services, Inc. and was also involved in a Property & Casualty Insurance Agency. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit to MetroConnect. He resides in Largo, FL with his wife and business partner Lynn. They have two children.

Eric Plummer, Founder and CEO of MetroTech, LLC and Founding Partner of MetroConnect, LLC. MetroTech IT has been a successful Computer Services company in the Tampa Bay area for over 10 years. MetroTech has operated its own Digital VoIP system since it’s inception and has been successfully offering VoIP systems to business customers for the last 8 years. MetroTech has been hired as a consultant to traditional phone companies to design, install, support and provides switching services for VoIP systems. In short, MetroTech, brings to MetroConnect years of Digital/VoIP and information technology expertise. Eric is a veteran and resides in Clearwater with his wife Cindy and two children. Cindy also plays an important role at MetroConnect with years of experience as a Telephone System Designer for Sprint with experience in Nortel and Toshiba Telephone Systems.
